Broad engineered-wood floors and full-height glass on three sides — the developer's “spirit of a luxury yacht”. Ceiling fans over the living room and the bedrooms, VRV air conditioning throughout.

A natural-stone island, counter and backsplash — green-veined in the render — with an induction hob, a combi oven, a wine fridge and food-waste disposal. Behind it, a separate kitchen and laundry with a gas hob, an oven, a washer and a dryer.
